There are many shops inworld that sell prim / mesh feet, the two most famous shops are N-Core and Slink. While N-Core doesn't sell a mesh version yet, and I say yet because they did announce that they will be selling mesh feet soon. Slink does sell them for quite a while now and sells mesh feet for both females and males, and has them in different styles as in flat and medium height for the rigged mesh version. Unrigged are in four styles, as in flat, medium, tiptoes and pointed. N-Core will probably sell them very soon as they already have with their style for prim feet. Like the walking on toes. Although I have seen some flickr pictures, they did announce it will have better textures and a far more realistic look. With some amazing lovely nail paint art. I will be looking forward to them!
While the men in SL Porn are being barefoot more often then women in SL Porn, cause yes us women can keep our shoes on, I think that men should think about getting them as well. And here is no offence, but to me personally, the default standard avatar feet in SL look like flat paddles, especially for men as they might have a size set on their avatar shape settings. But that is also in general going towards female pornstars that do not have prim / mesh feet as well. Another personal opinion of mine is that prim / mesh feet is also one of the important investments in Porn to buy them. For both female and male pornstars!
